How can I get the price/stock list?
Price list can be obtained by directly emailing us or clicking Order and go to the submenu price list and you can see our price/stock list from there.
How to order and how long it takes to get my order?
Order can be placed by filling our order form from the Order menu. Once you place an order and make the payment, delivery will be made 7 days after the receipt of the payment.
How the packing is done and what are the charges involved?
Freshwater fishes are packed in plastic bags filled with oxygen. Then, these are placed in polystyrene foam boxes and put in a cardboard box. One box volume weight is around 15-16 kg with a maximum capacity of 6 plastic bags.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is US$500.
